When we had narrowed down the houses (2) he helped us with comps and other details. He reviewed our disclosures from the sellers agents and recommend how we approach contingencies for the properties we were interested. We then met up in-person and he walked us through the process. We had never purchased a home in the bay area and we were a bit rusty since our last home purchase a decade ago. He helped us quickly write up a competitive offer and gave us suggestions on how our offer can stick out without having to get into a competitive bidding war. We had no issues getting our home. He was with us every step of the way – open house, inspections, final walk through etc… He is very knowledgeable, HONEST and straightforward.
