Sameer Punjani

Sameer was born in San Francisco and raised in the Bay Area.. He studied at San Jose State University where he received in Bachelors Degree in Business Finance. He was fascinated with the real estate industry so he obtained his salesperson license in 2001 and two years later obtained his brokers license. Always business minded, Sameer believed there should be better way to buy and real estate. Most of his clients were doing a lot of legwork so he thought why not give them money back. Doing some research he found out this was legal as long as they are part of the transaction. Bay Area Home Rebate was later launched and he's helped hundreds of buyers and sellers save money! 

He's also licensed in multiple states including California, Nevada, Washington State, Colorado, Virginia and Georgia.
